This sixty minute session $140 involves prenatal, labor and postpartum massage techniques and is useful in helping to relieve soreness in back, neck and shoulders; reduce stretch marks and swelling; reduce pain and labor time; improve recovery time and reduce connective tissue damage after birth.

Manual Lymph Drainage ( MLD )
By stimulating the lymphatic system, the therapist helps drain puffy, swollen tissues, supports the body's immune system, helps the body heal from surgery, and aids the body's natural waste removal or detoxification. This sixty minute session $155 is a gentle, non-invasive manual technique that has a powerful effect on the body. The first paid visit includes a Prima Tampico dry skin brush with instructions.

In energy medicine, the body is healed by activating its own natural energies and by restoring energies that have become weakened or out of balance. I am a Reiki Master and a practitioner of the Eden Method of Energy Medicine. Both Reiki and the Eden Method of Energy Medicine are healing techniques based on the principle that the therapist channels energy into the patient by means of mechanical movement/touch, for the purpose of activating the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and help restore physical and emotional well-being.
